Crystal Bowl Meditation

Join us for an evening of relaxation with special guest Laura Kirk as she guides us in a meditation with the crystal bowls. Each month, Laura will focus on a particular chakra during part of the meditation for clearing and healing purposes. The crystal bowls provide not only a beautiful sound, but also energetic healing vibrations that emanate from the bowls as they are played.
