As we move into a new year and the heart of winter, this is an ideal time to explore and plant seeds for abundance in 2016. Abundance can mean many things, at it’s root it working with our perceptions, beliefs and emotions that impact feeling as though we have enough. It could be enough money, time, love, opportunities, wisdom, etc. In this workshop, we will explore creating, cultivating and connecting to abundance by way of Lakshmi, a Vedic goddess. She is well known in Indian culture for representing the energy of abundance. We will learn some of the background of Lakshmi, explore how to create simple daily practices to work with her energy and also practice mantras, meditations and a special ceremony to help us set a specific intention related to abundance to help set in motion manifestation.
