Herbal Smoke “Smudge” Bundle making
An herbal smoke bundle, sometimes called a smudge stick, is a bunch of herbs tied together so they will burn and are used to clear spaces and people energetically through the use of sacred smoke. In this class we will explore some of the herbs that are put into smudge bundles and their different ways of cleansing.
We will also create some smudge bundles with fresh herbs and talk about some ceremonies that can be done with your fully dried bundle.
