Usui Reiki Level 2 with Renee Bedard
As a Japanese healing technique, Reiki is the channeling of the natural life force energy within us all and is spiritually guided to promote the recipient’s well-being. Reiki is a gentle and natural form of energy healing that can reduce stress, ease one’s mental and physical trauma, and offers spiritual and emotional balance. This practice is a beautiful way to restore one’s inner peace and welcome the comfort we often seek.
In this Level 2 certification class, we will dive deeper into the energies and healing benefits of Reiki. Gaining a stronger connection with this gentle healing energy, we will understand how Reiki aids and supports our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. As the relationship with Reiki strengthens, we will be able to open up and foster a better connection to ourselves, our surroundings, and others.
In this class, you will also learn:
* How to offer Reiki to others
* The first three Reiki symbols
* How to incorporate the symbols into your Reiki practice and daily life
* How to send distant Reiki
* How to work as a Reiki Practitioner
* Develop your intuition while working with the Reiki energies
* Develop a closer relationship with your higher self
* Learn to help old programs and patterns release form yourself and others
With this class, you will receive the Reiki 2 attunement and certification. If you have your Reiki 1 certification through me, please bring your Reiki manual with you. If you are studying with me for the first time, please bring your previous manual. If it is different from ours, one will be provided for you.
This class will take place on Sunday, May 20, 2018 from 9 -5. Please bring a pillow / blankets to be comfortable during meditations and reiki treatments. There will be a break for lunch, so please feel free to bring a healthy snacks.
