12:30pm – “Happy Pets, Happy Home” with Jailene Fontaine
What is an animal totem or power animal? Does everyone have them? What are they? Do animals communicate with us? Join us and get these questions and more answered. We will explore the world of animal totems, learn how they communicate with us, and even get to know some of our animal allies more intimately!
2:30pm – Crystal Bowl Sound Healing Meditation with Laura Kirk:
This is open to anyone for any length of time, Laura will be playing from 2:30-3:15pm, so we do ask that all cell phones are turned OFF or on silent if you would like to participate in this session. You may stay for 10 minutes or the whole session, whichever suits you. Laura will be available to answer any questions following the session.
