Covid-19 Restrictions

As of February 2023 Covid-19 Restrictions for shopping at ZuZu’s:
1. You are no longer required to wear a MASK to visit or shop at the store.  

2. We ask that you use one of the provided hand wipes to wipe both your hands before exploring the shop to keep things clean as crystals are a hands-on experience.

3. No food or drinks are allowed in the shop. Also, children *must* be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while in the shop, as there are too many breakable items within reach. Also please note no pets are allowed in the shop. 

4. No phone calls while in the shop please. We do allow you to take photographs of the write-ups on the crystals, but please no live phone calls or facetime while in the shop. 

5. We accept these forms of payment – Cash, Credit Cards and ApplePay/tap to pay. 

6. We are offering in-store readings now on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, with just a few exceptions. Only the person getting the reading is allowed in reading area, and you must wear a mask at all times during the reading. There is also an air purifier in the area for added safety. Please call ahead to schedule if you only have a short window of time to visit, otherwise walk-ins are welcome. We also have GUEST VENDORS some Saturdays and Sundays in-store, please check the events listings for dates and details. 

7. Please note there are public restrooms on Level 1 and Level 4 of our building, and we are handicap accessible via the ramp and elevator. 

8. Thank you so much for your cooperation, patience and support. Because we have limited staff, we are keeping the mask rule in place to ensure our health and safety, as dealing with running a small business is challenging enough and we don’t want to risk having to close for illness of any kind.
