Building a spiritual practice is something we hear about often but may not know where to start. In this series, we will take the time to build the important foundation our spiritual practice needs and deserves. Through meditation, we will explore the various types of spirit guides and how we can work with them. With simple rituals and practices, we will learn to communicate with our guides in a safe way. As a result, we will create a strong foundation in which we can foster our spiritual team as we deepen the connection to ourselves and the natural world around us.
You can take the whole series or just the classes that resonate with you. This class is being offered via Zoom and all participants will receive a recording of the class. Please have a journal to record your notes and experiences from the meditations. It will also be helpful to have a candle to light during meditation if you wish.

June 2023 – Building Our Team In this class, we will take a deep dive into the various types of spirit guides. From Protectors, Healers, Teachers, and Ancestors, Spirit Guides are here to help us. Each type of guide has specific functions and we will learn who to call on when we are in need. We will also go over the different kinds of offerings we can give as we deepen our relationships with them. This class will consist of 2 – 3 meditations as we explore who is around us.
