Building a spiritual practice is something we hear about often but may not know where to start. In this series, we will take the time to build the important foundation our spiritual practice needs and deserves. Through meditation, we will explore the various types of spirit guides and how we can work with them. With simple rituals and practices, we will learn to communicate with our guides in a safe way. As a result, we will create a strong foundation in which we can foster our spiritual team as we deepen the connection to ourselves and the natural world around us.
You can take the whole series or just the classes that resonate with you. This class is being offered via Zoom and all participants will receive a recording of the class. Please have a journal to record your notes and experiences from the meditations. It will also be helpful to have a candle to light during meditation if you wish.
July 2023 – Working with Plant Allies Did you know that we can call upon the spirit of our plant allies? When we do, we are communing with the spirits of the Green World. Each plant has their own energy that we can learn about and has a spirit that we can partner with. When we build that connection, our plant allies may begin to teach us the deeper Mysteries in the Green World. In this class, we will explore some plants and flowers that can assist us on our path. We will also meditate upon them and venture to meet the spirits of the plants.
