Embodying the Elements with Renee Bedard
Every day we are witness to the elements. Earth is beneath our feet. Fire warms us by the sun. Air surrounds and fills our lungs. Water brings nourishment and cleanses us. However, the elements are also alive within us. By the fire in our soul, the air of our breath, the water of our blood, and the earth in our bones, we are the embodiment of each element that enlivens our soul. When we begin to understand the elements, we can work with this knowledge to balance and heal ourselves, carving a way forward with a deeper understanding of who we are and how we relate to the world around us. To explore each element, we will work with a Goddess or God to discover how we can embody the elements in our own lives and foster the wisdom within.

Each class is unique to itself. They can be taken as a series or attend the ones that call to you. We will begin each class learning about the element and how the Goddess / God relates to the element through their myth. Then, we will journey through meditation with the Goddess / God to the Element so we can understand and transform our lives. Feel free to wear comfortable clothing for the meditation. You may also want to bring a journal to write down any messages you will receive from the journey.

Each class is $50.00 and each participant will receive a recording of the class afterward. You *must* contact ZuZu’s Healing Arts to register for each class NO LATER than the Saturday before the class. A Zoom link will be sent out 24 hours before the class, so please call us well before the class if you do not see the Zoom link in your email. You may register in person at the shop or call us at 781-665-8844 and pay with a credit card over the phone.

Prometheus and the Sacred Fire: Monday, April 18th
Prometheus, the Greek Titan of forethought, stole the sacred fires of Mt. Olympus for the humans he created and loved more than the gods. With this fire, a spark of life was ignited, bringing forward knowledge and creating civilization. What can Prometheus teach us about the sacred fire? What feeds your spark? Where do you need to shine a light? What needs to be burned away to help you create the life in which you dream?
